If for any reason upon receipt of your item you consider that the item does not match the condition described or you simply change your mind, please let us know within 15 days of receipt, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If that is not possible, just pay to ship your item back, and we’ll refund you in full, subject to our policy and procedures for returns set out below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns Procedure:
Items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent in order to receive a full return after deducting Loading/Unloading and Shipping Charges.
All returns require a Delivery Note / Bill of Materials copy. Prior to returning your item, please contact customer service by emailing us at sales@xrefurbished.com
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
It is strongly advised that you use traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit on return.
All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Where an inspection takes place and we determine that the item was inaccurately described, we will issue you a full refund.
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
If you visit xrfurbished.com office (Customer Care Center), our team will promptly inspect the item first. If everything is in order, return or refunds can be done Immediately (instant refund)
If the shipment has been delayed at the customs end , xrfurbished.com is not responsible for it as the recipient need to adhere to the respective government’s process and wait until the process has been completed.
Non-Returnable Products
Items with tampered serial numbers, missing packaging, or heavy usage
Special products requested via quotation and already approved by the customer — unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, dead on arrival or incorrect item, xrefurbished.com will cover return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel an order until it hasn’t been processed in our warehouse.
Orders which are dispatched & in transit cannot be cancelled and refund cannot be initiated for it.
On cancellation of your order a confirmation mail would be sent to your email account.
Refund Policy
If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the refund will be processed within 1 working day. Otherwise, refunds are processed within 2 working days after return approval and inspection.
For International Orders Refund are processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method:
Bank Transfer: 2–4 business days
Cash payment: will be refunded immediately in-store
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacement Policy:
The replacement request for the products is to be sent within 5 days of receipt of the product or pick/drop from our location which is mentioned in contact details.
Only Faulty & Dead on arrival products can be replaced.
A replacement order is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection.
On inspection, the product returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories which were shipped along with the product else replacement is not initiated.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us, if the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
On product inspection, if returned item is not found faulty / dead on arrival product refund will be initiated.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xrefurbished.com and send your item to:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
