What exactly happens after ordering?
The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3 pm. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability
What shipping options are available for my order?
We offer standard and expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery to your location.
What are the payments terms.
We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfers for orders placed from within the UAE. Bank Transfer should be done for the orders placed from the locations that are outside of the UAE.
Can I track my order after purchase?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for items purchased?
We accept returns within 15 days if products are unused and in original packaging.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 35. Same day express delivery also available for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Express delivery charges will be 150AED.
How long will delivery take?
xrefurbished.com delivers the products within the duration 1 to 2 working days. Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Friday will be counted as non-working days
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
To return your product, you should mail us with your product detail to: info@xrefurbished.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you we send wrong product by mistake. For refurbished Laptops and all of our products, we provide three-months warranty, that is covering most parts, with exceptions for burn and physical damage
