Item Returns for Warranty Service:
Serial Number Requirement: To initiate a return for warranty service, customers must obtain an Item Serial number from xrefurbished.com
Mandatory Identification: The Item Serial number must be clearly marked or printed on the external package of the item being returned. Server Stock will not accept return shipments without this number.
Out-of-Warranty Services:
Extended Coverage: In select cases where the warranty period has expired, xrefurbished.com offers additional services for an extra three months, subject to additional charges.
Replacement Options: During this additional period, xrefurbished.com may replace faulty products with refurbished or functionally equivalent items in certain premium repair cases.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping charges, service costs, parts expenses, and associated fees for out-of-warranty services.
Return Guidelines: Customers should return the item for warranty claim with prepaid shipping, a copy of the original receipt, and a detailed note describing the issue, all within the product’s original packaging with the Item Serial number clearly printed, and you can return your item to the following address:
